March 22, 2017 -Family law: A study of vulnerable consumers’ experiences. New survey and interview research by Ecorys has found that nearly half of vulnerable consumers using family law services felt their solicitor’s costs were more than they expected.

March 22, 2017 - After a long period of communism, which ended twenty-five years ago, Albania is now in a period of transition. Although Albania’s economy has grown steadily in recent years, it has one of the highest poverty rates in Europe, therefore it is still considered to be a middle-income country in transition. There are still big differences between the highly populated capital city and its hinterlands. Services, construction and administration are mainly concentrated in Tirana. Rural areas remain rather vacant, even though they have a lot of potential.

March 20, 2017 - Ecorys Poland has been awarded a contract for implementation of USAID-funded project – Reform Communications Program in Ukraine. The project aims at increasing awareness of Ukrainian citizens of several reform initiatives underway in Ukraine.

March 9, 2017 - On behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW) and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports (VWS), Ecorys has conducted the midterm evaluation of the  Erasmus+ programme in the Netherlands. The evaluation started in September 2016 and was completed in February 2017. Itaimed to gain insights into the implementation and impact of the Erasmus+ programme as well as to propose  suggestions for the improvement of Erasmus+ in the future programming period.

In order to increase the effectiveness of its security research programmes, DG HOME set up a 'Community of Users on Secure, Safe and Resilient Societies'.
