We recognise that in our line of business the quality and capacity of experts is crucial for the quality of work we deliver to our clients. It is therefore embedded in our mission statement that we are “committed to attracting and retaining colleagues of the highest calibre”. To face this challenge we have started four sets of action:

  1. Coaching and mentoring for personal development of each of the members of our staff;
  2. A personal training schedule, permitting each member of staff to acquire the skills and the knowledge needed for a high quality job performance;
  3. Employee share ownership, giving each member of staff the opportunity to become an 'owner' and be responsible for, and sharing, in its success;
  4. A trainee consultant programme for new entrants.
